One boy, the people said that was a gay the people repeat and repeat and he said that stop the joking a people continue and continue the people said nasty comments about her  and the family this boy had a problem of the comments of people they hurt his heart the only solution for this boy (that he mind) is suicide that was an example this boy suffered about the comments of the people  that was a problem psychology the people didn’t accepted  for gay the people  excluding of groups for soccer that was a big problem we didn’t accepted others and the fault is the society we need to love and state in peace others with others if we do that the solution of the people who are victims with the bullying the solution in her minds they thinks is what this boy do that

One of the types of bullying is the bullying in the work, in this case the employees are affected because receive that each moment a discrimination of others, this danger type of bullying cause serious problems with the family and fights with the persons, in this problem some people intimidates a one worked in front of the colleagues this can be by sexual comments, or abusing by a different race, religion, physical body and others facts. This abuse can be do face to face, by phone, by fax or email.

The bullying in the work causes:

ü To do bullying for envy.

ü Professional competition.

ü Persecutory strategy.

ü Sexual harassment.

ü Narcissism.

ü To general discrimination.

In many cases the aggression of this bullying are with verbal comments and with that the employee can be isolate in the workplace, also maybe is not efficient in his role and can affect the mentally of them.

The consequences that intimidation, the employee change the personality, humiliate in front the people, impact physiology and physical, probably becomes antisocial and is excluding by the society, the bullying brings an economics problems, the person was boring and some people thinks that the only alternative to don´t suffer is the suicide but you have to go ahead, try and try to search a solution and never surrender.

For example in this type of bullying is difficult to find a solution to stop the aggressions that receive the worked because the only alternative is to resing the work but him lost the employment and can will a many problems.

The bullying is a big problem in the world that show in differences ways. One of the more strong causes of bullying is the discrimination that is because between persons there isn’t tolerance can be for the color of the skin, for you culture, social condition or the others causes. And that type of bullying is most broad because that is legal and you can go to the prison if you don’t respect the others because you with the discrimination are you take the rights of the others persons and everyone have rights. And with that I have to say that everyone is a part in the world, so why are foreigners for us?

This bullying does poverty because the discrimination can take off the possibility that your family have a good life because some people denied employment to the people that are differences so that have a unfair consequenses. And these situation don’t help to the equality. So this barrier is the which must pass because this causes wars between the persons just because everyone are differences. But also racial discrimination is the way that belittle the cultural, social and religious organization of a particular group racial.

So when you discriminate someone different than you, you're damaging a life, a family and a culture because if that person is for example another color of skin that person no longer want his culture, his color of skin and that person are going to feel like their culture was disgrace so are going to think that everything bad for the discrimination is fault of their culture so if that happened with everyone that are destroys a history of the world and just for that. Can be sound so exaggerated but is so true.  

But now, not so developed that the persons who are against with the discrimination and the Government are going to finish with that because don’t help to anyone, and don’t important if you don’t are discriminate because is your world.

In the event of  domestic violence , the person must communicate first with the police for inmmediate assistance . a local lawyer of the state or district attorney can assist in case of abuse , can help that abuse does not continue .

In most of cases the fans do not agree with the players or coach; so the fans started to yell to them things that they didn't like. Also the players and the coach feel terrible about their jobs because the bulliying of the fans.
